SPARK is a cloud platform for tour operators and destination management companies, built to run the whole sales process for bespoke, high-end trips. It pairs an itinerary builder with a reservations and CRM system, so a trip goes from first enquiry to post-travel follow-up in one place.
It’s a multi-tenant SaaS on a .NET microservices architecture, with the work split into services that can be built and scaled on their own. On top of the core it carries branded PDF proposals, a reusable product catalogue, customer and supplier CRM, workflow tools, and pricing with currency handling, plus integrations with more than twenty outside services such as Stripe, HubSpot, Xero, and Mailchimp.
